Thanks for the suggestions....

Even though a bunch didn't comment that I know are reading...I am grateful for those that did. I guess I got to thinking that it isn't always that easy to come up with something on the spot like that. It's like when someone asks me...."what do you want for your birthday/Christmas?" and at that moment, nothing comes to me, although I know there has got to be things I am desiring. But if I can keep a list somewhere and ponder for a week or two or three, that list will be quite long. I am going to try to do what each person suggested, but after spring break. I'm going to try to post every day this week our various activities.

Over the weekend, we drove to San Antonio where Michael and I were able to go to the temple while Kimmie graciously watched our children. Horendoes traffic on the way back to her house cramped the rest of our day. We took her to lunch at the yummy Jason's Deli and Chrissta was right--they do have free and yummy bread toast and ice cream--how did I not know that in the 13+ years I have been frequently visiting a Jason's? I guess the ice cream isn't that exciting for me, but when I bring kids--Yes!

I took the kids to a wedding reception that night by saying, "Anyone want to go to a party with me--there will be cake." We let Michael stay home and unwind from the the long day of driving in traffic and not getting his Saturday bike ride.

On Sunday, we invited a couple over for dinner and our kids took a great liking to them--hence the pile of stuffed animals all over Kyle. His wife, Theresa is from Scotland, which I find so very intriguing, but in her 10 years in Texas, she doesn't have a LICK of an accent, which made me sad:( She tried to lose it and she was successful. How can that be? Not a bit of an accent left?

By the end of the evening, Kyle got a workout from twirling around each of our children, and they couldn't get enough of him.

I love the picture of Kyle covered in stuffed animals. That is just too funny!
