Over the weekend, we drove to San Antonio where Michael and I were able to go to the temple while Kimmie graciously watched our children. Horendoes traffic on the way back to her house cramped the rest of our day.
I took the kids to a wedding reception that night by saying, "Anyone want to go to a party with me--there will be cake." We let Michael stay home and unwind from the the long day of driving in traffic and not getting his Saturday bike ride.
On Sunday, we invited a couple over for dinner and our kids took a great liking to them--hence the pile of stuffed animals all over Kyle. His wife, Theresa is from Scotland, which I find so very intriguing, but in her 10 years in Texas, she doesn't have a LICK of an accent, which made me sad:( She tried to lose it and she was successful. How can that be? Not a bit of an accent left?
By the end of the evening, Kyle got a workout from twirling around each of our children, and they couldn't get enough of him.

Fun, as always!
I love the picture of Kyle covered in stuffed animals. That is just too funny!
