i love how michael bends at the knees (like we all are supposed to) when lifting this heavy 30 pound turkey plus juices out of the oven.
my friend stacy maclean and i went shopping at old navy at midnight to get some deals.
just the big kids went out to eat while my mom stayed home with sleeping kids. it was really fun to chat un interrupted. we ate at Gumbo's a yummy local New Orleans restaraunt.

the kids thought it was so cool to ride in the back of uncle kirky's truck. they played football in the neighborhood at the middle school, so no traffic in between.
It was an odd weather day. So warm in the morning (see our t-shirts above) but then about 2pm, the cold front hit. We saw the leaves flying from the tree's and michael announced that they needed to go try to catch the leaves. It was pretty funny to watch.
