Halloween Couples Party

I love parties, and this is the 3rd time I've done this couples party.  A lot of new people that weren't at the past ones. Here is the entire group below.
Left to Right: Bullocks, Jenkins (Waldo), Asays, Switzer, Cummings, Evans, Bean, Molina, Brown, Mickelson, Maclean, Mossman, Partridge, Light, Brown, Brough, Brandon

Getting ready, I put a swim cap on to hold in my hair from the wig.
wanted to show off my hot pink accessories and nail polish

Can you guess what I am?  A cupcake!  I made this outfit patterned after a pottery barn kids cupcake.  I made this for the Crafting with the Stars entry.

Cali isn't quite sure about it.

Here is the backdrop I set up in our study off of the front door.

Above, I set up this backdrop to take a picture of each couple as they entered and sent it to them later.  Below, I had people sign up to bring certain halloween dishes (i had recipes for them)  this is the dessert table.

There you saw the decor...and here and michael and I...he is a dunkin donut and the inflatable tube in his donut had a hole, so lucky for him, he didn't have to carry it around all night.

A few of our guests:

Above is the table of double frames.  I painted them orange and black.  Within each frame is a pic of each person as a child in their halloween costumes.

We played some conversation games such as share a scary or weird story.  It was really fun to hear from others and lots of laughter.

LOVED this donut on a string game.  Michael set up his PVC pipes and couples had to finish one donut...my camera flash was struggling outside, but it was hilarious!

Then we did a relay with eyeball ping pongs on a spoon.  Michael and I demonstrated.

It was a lot of fun!  We really should do more couples activities because it was great!

love all your updates. you are probably the all-time best Halloween celebrator I know. Love that your hair is getting long. I wish it was a quick to get to long hair as it is to get to short hair. oh well.

it's so nice that your husband is such a good sport about everything. Mine's always too embarrassed to get dressed up for halloween, much less get his photos taken! =)
