The boys playing football on our driveway. Aunt
Kriste made the "7" shirt for Matthew.

They will occasionally wear last years shoes if this years shoes are lost or wet. They got this crazy idea to wear one of each, and actually did this for school several days in a row. They feel they are pretty cool. Funny to me because they won't even participate in pajama day or hat day or whatever b/c they are "embarresed." Ummmm, seems like this would fall into that category. Matthew's are clearly more mismatched, but Tyler's other one is hidden, there is red on it.

In the past few weeks, Cali has been eating "big girl food" and loves it. We do some baby jar stuff, but mostly just skip to mashing down our food.

This is at "Greg's House" as the kids call it. The model home where we talk to our sales guy, Greg, and plan the new house.

They recently got a pool table in the gameroom of the house, the kids are having fun with that while we chat.

Tyler and Cali waiting on the floor.

We had to sign a bunch of stuff.

This was a note the boys put on their door. Alyssa scribbled some letters on a paper and said it says, "no boys allowed." I like how Tyler wrote, "sincerely" and "Alyssa may NEVER come in." Tyler wrote the one on the left, Matthew's is on the right. Can you tell the boys slightly gang up on Alyssa? Click to enlarge.

Tyler's field trip

His 3rd grade class--Mrs. Mollenkopf in the middle in blue

Cali was a good girl on the field trip (siblings aren't supposed to come, but his teacher was desperate for a chaperone)

Carter, Christian, Tyler with a snail that I saved from the bottom of Christian's foot (he wanted to smash him, I said we don't hurt
nice nature).

Just so cute!
P.S. Had our family pictures taken this weekend and I am SO excited! Working on them and our card now:)

I love that you don't hurt "nice nature", I'm with you on that one. And I have that very same stripey green shirt, I feel a kindred spirit. Your kids are darling.
Steve and I've been tracking the progress on the house. The corner lot will be really nice, I'm thinking. Best things come to those who wait, maybe?
I love the mismatched shoes on the boys. Their non-conformity would make Uncle Steve so proud.
I love the mismatched shoes and that your boys thought they were so cool. All the boys at school are probably doing it now. I can't wait to see your new family pictures. Who took them? Or did you do it yourself wonder woman??!
Love the notes on the doors! Too cute! Save those for their scrapbooks. :o)
So excited to see the house someday!!
Haha! Tyler and Matthew really like to gang up on Alyssa. That's not so nice, but I still laughed...don't think I'm a bad person. ;) I love Cali's expressions in pics too. She has such an expressive face.
