Cali CoCo Loco

I've done so much of "what we're doing" on the blog lately, and haven't stopped to highlight the cutest and littlest member of our family. She reaches her 4 month mark next week and I plan to do a little photo session, but here are some fun shots of her lately.

Below is the outfit that the boys dressed Cali in on the day they first changed her diaper (just pee) and dressed her. They thought it was fun to pick it out and be in charge in such a way.

I was out to dinner with some friends and she conked out on my lap. They said, "look, she's folding her arms" so I had to get a little snapshot. Looks like a hat, but it was the blanket warming and cozy-ing her head.
She has the greatest pouty frown when she is sad. This is the best I could capture, but it is a bit more pronounced than this. I just love it.

Cali had fallen asleep on Michael's shoulder and he wanted to simulate the curvature that she experiences (on the shoulder) with the pillow/blanket when her put her down.
She slept like that for quite a while. It was just funny to look at. We've dealt fairly well with her sometimes sadness and its gotten better since I've cut out dairy. But we still get the sad sometimes. The kids are good with her and will try to sing in the car when she is sad--which is sweet--but just louder.

These 2 videos are pretty funny. The first is Michael getting Cali to laugh/talk. The first 30 seconds doesn't have much (except Michael talking in baby-ease) but I don't know how to edit video yet. She gets some good noises in eventually.


The second is Matthew playing "mario cart" with Cali. She was sad, but confused and kinda liked what he was doing, but wanted to be sad. It's a good laugh.
