
The past few months, Alyssa has had the habit of nail biting. It hurt my heart to think of this lasting, so I have wanted to nip it in the bud. We first tried the nasty nail polish, but she just peeled it off or got used to it. When she

I'd catch her a few times trying to secretly bite them, but after reminders of the "sparkly ring" it actually seemed to work. I told her after Christmas we'd go find one (as her nails are now long enough to get dirt in them and I have to actually clean them out).
I kept complementing how beautiful her nails looked and encouraged the family to do so as well. She seemed pleased with herself and I hope this sticks.

Ooo I like the sparkly ring. I hope your plan works! Oh and we're still on the prowl for the pan. We didn't stop by any grocery stores in our quick jaunt to Paris (honestly I didn't really see any), but there are a couple of stores here in the neighborhood that should have what we're looking for. :)
Good solution. For Eve the promise of stickers on her painted nails worked (you have to have enough nail to put a sticker on!)
