Posting

Do all of you use Compose or Edit HTML for your posts? I just read something that said the reason I can't click on my pictures to make them bigger is because I use compose mode. I've used it for a while though and used to be able to click on my images to make them bigger. I don't mind using html mode, but when I upload 5 pictures at a time, I don't know which one is which and where to put it because of the coding. If anyone has any tips for me, I'd appreciate it. I just went and added our BIG family picture below in HTML mode and you CAN click on it now to make it bigger.

In general I create my posts in html mode and then I click the preview button when I want to see how it's looking so far. I didn't know there was any difference between the two modes. How odd.

I usually use the compose window, but I always upload my pics using the "large" setting. I wonder if that makes a difference?

i only use "Edit HTML" if I'm adding something from Youtube. even though my pictures can be opened to view larger i don't usually plan on it--i just upload them to a decent size (usually med or large). don't know why yours aren't opening.... :(

I read that in compose mode when you move the image from the top to another spots that it adds in more tags and then somehow loses data that allows it to stay large? Nikko, I sometimes do large images and still can't click on it. I'll try my next post in the html mode, but I'm not happy about it....harder for me to see the gaps bettwen the code for an image and the writing...:(

Weird. I do most of my day-to-day blogging in "Compose", including dragging pictures around and I've never had a problem. You can click on my photos to make them bigger. I only switch to "html" mode when I want to do something out of the ordinary. Blogger is full of weird bugs... I mean quirks!

I always use compose mode, and to be best of my knowledge you can always click on them to make them larger. I think that is very weird about your pictures! HTML would be difficult for me too.
